The CPCO® Certified Project Control Officer® is responsible for overall Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation and application of EVMS bench marks, best practices and industry standards across all projects, programs and organizations.

The CPCO® Certified Project Control Officer® is responsible for overall risk development, risk control, risk accuracy and forecasting.

The CPCO® Certified Project Control Officer® leads the Risk Control Board and is responsible for industry standard risk management implementation across programs, projects and organizations.

The CPCO® Certified Project Control Officer® leads the Schedule Control Board and is responsible for overall schedule development, schedule control, schedule accuracy, key schedule change approvals, and schedule forecasting

The CPCO® Certified Project Control Officer® is responsible for overall quality development, quality control, quality accuracy and forecasting. Requirements

The prospective CPCO® Certified Project Control Officer® applicant shall typically have a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree with FIVE or more years of work related experience preferably in senior management, senior level/executive level project control, program & project management; management, financial management, accounting, operations management, operations and production management, business management, business, analysis, information technology, engineering (all disciplines), contracts, procurement, acquisitions, or Earned Value Management (EVM).
